Renter can bring their boat and keep it in the water for the duration of their lease. Please note, the boat ramp and boat lift is not available. Dogs are welcome! The home features a private Mother-In-Law (MIL) Suite on the lower level with a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with a TV, and sleeping arrangements for four (including a queen bedroom and pullout sofa). Ideal for guests seeking a private retreat, the suite offers a peaceful end to fun-filled days. Inside the main house, you'll find an expansive kitchen with seating for 3 at the bar, a formal dining area, and a cozy breakfast nook that seats 10. Relax with your group in the inviting living room, complete with a gas fireplace. The primary bedroom is on this main level, featuring a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath.
