A house up to 3400 sf under roof can be built. Good views can be obtained of the canals behind the house, especially from the upper level, but there is no canal frontage. This makes it much easier to fit a swimming pool into your plan. This lot sits considerably higher than most nearby properties with very good run off. Photos of potential views were taken from a lift located where second level porches might be. The two sample site plans showing potential house, pool, and dock were done by a prominent local surveyor. Greensboro Street is part of a scenic bicycle route. Sitting up on the front porch watching boats on the waterway, birds in the marsh, bikes and walkers cruising by all at the same time, is a great experience.
